If you don't fill one of these positions, you are currently not authorized to obtain a MORI account. If you do fill one of those positions and still can't create your account, call your Grand Lodge and confirm that they have updated your status.
If you still can't create your account contact MORI support at morisupport(at)vitarara(dot)net or by calling (518)272-4455 Monday - Friday from 9 AM to 5:30 PM.
After you have confirmed your status and created your account your Grand Jurisdiction will mail you a letter. This letter confirms your account and has a key which must be entered in your computer before you can start.
